Visitors must hold a passport valid for at least six months beyond their stay. Most nationalities do not require a visa for short visits (7–180 days).

Visa Invitation Letter:
Invitation letters can be issued after your online registration is completed. To request one, simply email us at PIM2026@cuhk.edu.hk with your information:
- Full name (as shown on passport)
- Passport number (optional)
- Job title
- Institution name and address
- Email address for receiving the letter
Processing time: approximately 7 business days.
Please note that invitation letters are provided only to registered attendees whose payment has been completed or formally invoiced.
